The inspireRx platform enables clinical staff to collaborate with our team and pharmacy partners to serve patients better. Whether you're self-pay or insured, you can trust you're getting the best possible pricing on high-quality medications. 

  1. Your clinic submits the prescription to CloudRx

    You’ll receive an onboarding text from CloudRx that the process is underway. This includes a cross-check of medication dosage and allergies to ensure your safety.

  2. CloudRx performs benefits investigation and prior authorization

    For patients who are using insurance, this process can take up to 3 business days.
    Self-pay patients can skip to step 4.

  3. You and your clinic receive a status update from CloudRx

    You’ll be notified about what’s covered after the benefits review. Based on our investigation – and with your approval – we may switch to a comparable medication alternative that’s aligned with your plan.

  4. CloudRx routes your prescription to the pharmacy of choice

  5. You make a payment and schedule your pick-up or delivery
